The Cape May comment on the road construction along Beach Ave. during the wedding season. I doubt that you are from Cape May because the wedding season won't start for a least another month. I will venture to say that you are from the 7-Mile Island and just want something to complain about. Not to worry, your "rant season" is on its way.
