On behalf of many of my neighbors in NCM/TB who work diligently to pickup our leaves throughout the fall, I want to express our collective disappointment with the folks who have yet to rake, pickup and take your leaves to the dump. With the wind lately they are back on our lawns. Thanks for your consideration!
