All these restaurants complaining that people are collecting unemployment and do not wanna work for them in the restaurant industry. I don’t believe that’s true. People are becoming more intelligent, where they want benefits and health insurance. What happens when they come to retirement age and have no pension put away ,because they work for cash sometimes and don’t claim the tips.Time to start paying these people in the industry a livable wage and do away with this tipping. So many times we went out for dinner had lousy service but feel guilty if you do not leave a tip.
