Does anyone see the direct link between adults that as kids were sent to some sort of school for having constant behavioral problem and the connection it has with them being born to women who did drugs and drank while they were pregnant?. The system isnt broken. What is broken is alot of these kids came from home lives where they didnt stand a chance because of their upbringing.
