NJ is in a mess politically, economically , socially and to top it off the educational system is horrendous controlled by a leftist teachers union that spreads their political agenda instead of actually educating our students. Unfortunately in five years most of these shore communities will be broke and unrecognizable due to poor governance. Just look at the decline of all south jersey in the past five years. That is why families and businesses are leaving. Sell now and take the money and don’t look back!
