Nice that Lower is putting out the word that Village Rd @the bay is closed off for the safety of the public + not due to any favors to anyone living in that block. I used to go there all the time w/my husband + enjoyed seeing people accessing the bay. Seems funny to me that part of the bay beach has ONLY been closed off, since the $$$ houses were built there.
