Nice photo op for a problem that can’t be solved with a photo. Move onto the “scramble” traffic solution and get the town and county on board. Look up the crossing and it makes sense to have all traffic stopped in both directions to allow pedestrian crossing. But then enforce the traffic regs and ticket pedestrians and cars that don’t follow the law. The scramble is used in other parts of country successfully.
