New Jersey - With the prisons losing officers left and right and not being able to hire anyone for the job. The officers they have, are running ragged. Most barely get to see their families, having to be forced to stay and work another shift. From what I’m hearing the state does not care for the officers or their mental well-being. The state only cares about the inmates and their well-being since they are the good guys and make the state money. ,
