Need change on DT Committee. Do we want DT to become just another shore town with more 2nd homes and party houses, then residents? To have all available space developed into storage units? We don’t have to give up what makes DT a wonderful community to improve our local economy, we can do both. We need to get out in front of the AirB&B’s businesses being opened by nameless corporations in our town and be sure they do not ruin our neighborhoods. New ordinances are needed, and maybe this is an opportunity for new revenue. Resident owned operations should be excluded. Vote Carson-Pettit
