N Cape May - Have you seen a rat lately? I have. Where? Chewing through a trash bag left out overnight by a seasonal neighbor. Rats, gulls, crows and raccoons all looking for a food source accommodated by people to cheap to by a trash can with a lid. There should be an ordinance!
