Why does the traffic light at Shunpike and Town Bank Rds stop the 40 mph traffic on a main artery thru North Cape May ( with a red light ) and give equal time to Shunpike Rd which is a much less traveled road?? How about a "smart traffic light"? Traffic lights should be to keep traffic moving, not to stop traffic for 45 seconds for no reason. Summer /Winter traffic light changes are a thing of the past on major arteries.
