My heart breaks that middle township cancelled their Memorial Day ceremony. My Father is a disabled veteran. He looks forward to this every year. Every other township had their ceremonies. We live two blocks from the legion hall and with him being in a wheelchair it is easy for him to get there. Getting him in a car and going to another ceremony is not an option. Please remember next time that this means so much to so many and cancelling effects them. It is sad for a possible little bit of rain you cancelled. They gave everything for us. We should give more for them. That is what hurts.
