Trump’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency called the 2020 election “the most secure in American history,” and multiple courts repeatedly rejected claims of election fraud. Trump has said he regretted not seizing voting machines after 2020. But he cannot order states to stop using them, choose their vendors, or replace election officials. Elections are administered by states, per the Constitution and federal law.
