IF offshore wind mills are so Great ,Why do we taxpayers have to

Middle Twp - IF offshore wind mills are so Great ,Why do we taxpayers have to pay for testing,installation etc?? Why? if they are so great aren't they able to pay for themselves and the installer uses his money to install and not tax payer money. He gets his money back once in use ?? I will tell you what I think.. Offshore wind mills are nothing more than a bank roll for European Companies.The next Governor will have to deal with a disaster
