Cape May County Dept. Heads when considering raises for your staff maybe you should have looked at your staff who have young children & who never took an ounce of child/covid leave, they made arrangements to continue to work plus made arrangements for their child/children instead of taking the child/covid leave which was like a free vacation to many parents. It says a lot about your staff who didn’t take the leave, but very little about you for not appreciating their dedication to being both a staff member & parent.
