Middle Township - A Wildwood spouter stating that police make split decisions in a matter of seconds when in imminent danger is true, but l think you are on the wrong track just a little. When a suspect is running away from an officer, common sense says there is no danger to that officer. If an officer shoots a suspect to kill who is running he is playing judge and jury. Look it up, 90 percent of cops never have to shoot their firearm. These incidents where weapons are drawn deserve the dissecting of all the facts. If it was a family member of mine l would want the facts dissected just like police would want for theirs.
