Middle Township - Who is footing the bill for the police chief to travel to Europe? His frequent globe-trotting should not be at the expense of local and state taxpayers.
Moderator's Note:
Middle Township Police Chief Christopher Leusner, in an email to the Herald July 12, stated,"I am currently receiving world class training at the College of Policing in England and will be bringing back international best practices to New Jersey. However, it is costing the taxpayers of Middle Township nothing, as I am attending because of my leadership position in the the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police. I am currently Vice President of the Association."
