Middle Township - Who is in charge of our road litter being picked up? All over this county, there is trash by the roadside, degrading what is otherwise nice. The cops have to write tickets for litterers. I have seen, on several occasions, garbage and stake body contractors' trucks, as well as dumpsters, on our roads with trash blowing out of the them, like ugly confetti. Whoever hauls waste, tarp your load properly. Local and state police, pull over trucks that spew trash, or that are not covered properly. These are the laws, and fines are $1,000 for breaking them.
