Middle Township - While driving down Hand Ave., I observed a police car stopped in the middle of the road. As I got closer, I saw that the officer was moving a tree limb from the road. Good job; until this officer got back in the car and took off like there was no tomorrow. As we watched this officer disappear at a high rate of speed, we came upon him again at a restaurant on Route 47. It was 8 a.m.; the shift change is 7 a.m. Moving the debris from the road is a good thing, speeding to get breakfast is not!
