Middle Township - When I moved here in 1977, my father was a BA for local union 1983 for all civil service employees for Cape May County and I worked at city hall in Wildwood. I knew a lot of the management through my father and the negotiations for union contracts. I saw how he fought to get the best contracts he could for these employees and never stopped working for these people. I saw how hard these members worked and earned the money they made. Today these contracts are out of control and the people are doing half the work. Time to cut the fat and get our taxes to where they don't look like house payments.
