Middle Township - When a Freeholder asked about raises in a meeting ,the Administrator shuts him down by saying it’s a personnel issue and it can’t be discussed in public? The Freeholder didn’t ask about someone in specifics he asked Hows the county in way of budgets and raises. Why not answer the question?
