Middle Township - Since when are businesses allowed to chain and padlock their advertisement signs to traffic stop signs? They are a public safety concern at the intersection of Shellbay Ave. and Golf Course Road. Visitors have a tough enough time figuring out what to do at this relatively new four-way stop in the summer. They don't need any more distractions with sandwich board signs.
