Middle Township - What's the steal with the grey Honda SUV that drives around Middle early in the morning with their hazards on. I constantly see them speeding and running red lights and stop signs. I see them sometimes in Avalon and Stone Harbor too. It has been going on for weeks. The police need to address this driver.
