Middle Township - What's with the political signs up in town already? Thought the law was September. May is more than a little early. Who should be enforcing this?

According to Chapter 218 of the current code of law for Middle Township, "Temporary political signs which promote the election of a particular candidate or candidates (are permitted), with the following requirements: (a) Removed within five days following the date of the election. (b) Shall not be placed on public property. (c) Shall not be placed within a site triangle. (d) Shall not exceed three square feet in area if located in a residential zone, except on an approved commercial property. (e) Shall not exceed 32 square feet in area if located in a commercial zone."
