What is the problem with the Middle Twp. PD.

Middle Township - What is the problem with the Middle Twp. PD. They can not even keep their older officers. Not only are the young ones leaving but the older officers are looking elsewhere. Is it the top cops or the politicians or both. Maybe it's time to recall the Mayor and hire a chief from elsewhere. We need to retain the officers we hire. In the past few years MTPD lost 7 officers to other departments plus all the ones that retired. So Mayor Leusner how are you up to full staff. Full staff from when 2009 or 2024? We have great cops but the politicians and top cops have to go.
