What is the Cape May County government doing in reference to acq

Middle Township - What is the Cape May County government doing in reference to acquiring new business that can promote employment in our county? Kmart and JCPenny in Rio Grande, and Payless in Court House are closing. Where are people supposed to work? Maybe they can all work at the new Taco Bell. And we wonder why we have a feeling of worthlessness and a drug problem.
