Middle Township - As a twenty-year employee of a school district it seems that the administration is on a witch hunt to eliminate staff. Since returning back to school , the grip is being tightened on the workforce. A new set of rules and regulations on a daily basis, they are setting people up to flounder instead of having compassion during these stressful times during the health crisis. We are all struggling mentally and emotionally, no one needs to feel bullied or harassed by the administration. Please be empathetic and kind during this trying time.
