Middle Township - Township Manager Mike Voll saved Lower Township taxpayers hundreds of thousands of dollars by hiring an "in-house" engineer. Instead of giving no bid, professional service contracts to Camden County and North Jersey engineering firms, an "in-house" engineer works for a fixed salary and is available every day, just like other township employees. I would hope that Middle Township candidate Sam Kelly would explore doing the same thing for our taxpayers.
