Middle Township - The state needs to be forced to install terrapin barriers along the shoulder of North Wildwood Blvd. Because of the concrete median barrier, the terrapins have no chance of surviving when they try to cross the highway. It's a terrapin massacre every year. The state should secure sheet metal or plastic/steel mesh to the barriers to keep turtles off the road. Government officials don't seem to care.
