Someone please explain to me why I am paying for "lottery based"

Middle Township - Someone please explain to me why I am paying for "lottery based" preschool. I know I have to pay for K thru 12 but preschool? Is that legal or a lawsuit? How about we abolish preK, which is a parental responsibility, take the budget and salaries and apply it to the needed upgrades along with the 3 mil from the state. As for the athletic upgrades; these are wants not needs and it is not the economic environment for wants. As a side note, my high school had 3800 students (not a typo) and we did not have 5 tennnis courts. The announcer's box could be done with sponsorship. VOTE people. 9/17
