Make traffic going east to west or west to east on Shellbay flow freely and just have the stop sign for north to south or south to north travel on Golf Club/Bayberry. There never was a stop sign before on Shellbay going west to east or east to west. Get rid of the unnecessary stop sign on Shellbay.
