Middle Township - As a retired executive of a large Philadelphia multi-union company and with contractual employees, I am surprised that a contract with Connie Mahon would be considered for renewal with seven months to go before her renewal. My 38 years of contract renewals were never begun before two months. It appears that Mahon was looking for more than security. Clark and DeVico were absolutely right in not talking renewal especially with elections coming in November. Donohue does not have enough experience in contract renewals. His approach to renewals has much to be desired.
