My father talked about Horace all the time he was killed in the Korean War on September 8, 1950, he said Hory, was like a brother to him, being he was an only child made me feel so grateful to have brothers and a sister, and could not imagine how life would be for not having them in my life. Knowing this I had some idea what my father had was feeling, he always praised Hory, as he called him, and said they were so compatible to all life experiences, then he would get real quiet as to say a pray for Hory, I, never had the opportunity to meet him because I was not born.
