Middle Township - Regarding the story in the Press about Middle Township courts having a hard time collecting fines: I have appealed three textbook cases that should have went my way because of this court. Superior Court overturned those convictions, one I did not even have to reappear in court and it was overturned. How many of these convictions are wrong? I have seen the ethics of this court firsthand and it could not even litigate a neighborhood dispute in a justifiable manner. The results were they had to return every dime I gave them. Maybe bad rulings make people hesitant to pay their fines.
