Middle Township - Regarding a recent article 'Personnel, Pay Changes in Middle:' I feel if you want to motivate a better workplace it starts with treating your employees with respect. The morale in the township has been declining under the new administration for the last few years. It is known among the employees working there that at times the current administrator tends to treat employees unfairly and can be unkind. Could this be the reason why so many employees are leaving? Think about this when you cast your vote in an election, candidates sometimes bring with them people who are not good for our township.
