Middle Township - Re: a Feb. 5 spout from Middle Township. As a mobile home community owner, I would ask you to please do your due diligence before spouting. The business/property owners of mobile home communities are responsible for paying the entirety of the property (and other) taxes levied. These substantial sums are collected from the rental earnings of the business, which come directly from the mobile homeowners. In addition, the township assessed a "pad fee" of $10 per month for every single home present in the community, so mobile homeowners pay more than their fair share.
