Middle Township - Publisher Art Hall's column titled "Humans Are Being Pushed Out of Cape May County" is right on. The seasonal nature of the county makes it very difficult to retain young residents in the county due to a lack of full-time employment opportunities. Another heading for the column could have been called "Seniors Pushed Out." Escalating real estate taxes and school taxes can and will force many of the retirement age community to take a second look at residing in the county.
