Middle Township - Parents, are you aware that the New Jersey Department of Education is collecting data on your child if they attend public school? In fact, every state has federally funded data collection and the US Department of Education changed the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), which loosened parental rights, to accommodate this data mining. We must put pressure on political representatives and schools.
