Middle Township - Open spaces funds should be used for open space preservation, nothing else! That was the the intention of the fund in the first place. Every dollar from the open spaces fund spent on other things is simply theft of tax dollars. The commissioners never got voter approval to spend open spaces fund on things other than open space preservation.
