Middle Township - The NJ Governor’s office has dealt with the unofficial proposals of those who would like to ban second homeowners from CMC. Executive order 108 prohibits municipalities and counties from “imposing additional restrictions on freedom of movement or imposing any additional social distancing or safety requirements.”
