New Jersey DUI laws need to be changed to make 0.1 the legal lim

Middle Township - New Jersey DUI laws need to be changed to make 0.1 the legal limit instead of 0.08 which is arbitrarily and absurdly low. 0.08 is not drunk. Even 0.1 is not really drunk. No one advocates drunk driving but you can go overboard when it comes to safety. Why not 0.06 or 0.04 or 0.0? There is a difference between being "legally drunk" and actually really being drunk. New Jersey needs to stop humiliating people who had three drinks and get arrested for being "legally drunk" when they aren't actually drunk. It was 0.1 for years and now it is 0.08. It's just about money for towns and lawyers.
