MTPD please do something about the homeless sleeping and loungin

Middle Township - MTPD please do something about the homeless sleeping and lounging at the Rio Grande plaza. I am elderly and feel unsafe. I have been heading farther away to shop since I saw two homeless men get into an altercation there. I do not lack compassion for these people and would like them directed to programs that can help get them on their feet but letting them live at the shopping center is not a solution.
