Middle Township - Middle Township wants to know how businesses are going to prevent shopping carts from leaving their premises. How about the Middle Township police get the homelessness and the shoplifters out of the parking lots because they are the ones taking the shopping carts. The plastic bag ban doesn’t help either so stop blaming the businesses.
