Middle Township - Middle Township shouldn't use eminent domain to buy a bunch of small lots just so a developer can build on them. There is no need for more affordable housing along Indian Trail Rd. or anywhere in Middle! What's wrong with letting those lots stay open space? Middle doesn't need any more new homes. Not every acre has to be built on. It's an abuse of power to use eminent domain to promote more construction.

Moderator's Note:
According to a Herald article, "During the public comment regarding the new ordinance, Daniel Lockwood, a former mayor and member of the township committee, called the redevelopment plan for this area of Indian Trail Road 'a road map for affordable housing.' ... Township officials did not engage Lockwood on the issue of affordable housing as one possible outcome of the redevelopment effort." Read story: https://bit.ly/2GVlSXG.
