Middle Township - Middle Township committee hires a part-time person back, who used to be full-time, at $11 an hour. The ordinance and employee hand book states part-time employees are to start at $9 per hour. This new hire is making more than people in public works, recreation and other departments. The Township talks about poor morale now. This is just one of many reasons why. Explain how this is fair to employees who have worked for years, not even making that amount?
