Middle Township - Meals on Wheels is a welcome life saver for seniors. Quality food. However lately it is so over cooked as to render it inedible. Chicken is so dry it cannot be chewed. Today’s crab cake was cooked so hard it could not even be cut with a steak knife. Great taste but had to be picked up and eaten like it was a cookie and even then the filling was totally dried out. Great program but some food has to be thrown away and that is a shame. It is County money and food being wasted. Program is needed and appreciated but I hate to see food wasted. Please just a little less cooking time.
