Letter writer John Lauricella espouses his ability to read finan

Middle Township - Letter writer John Lauricella espouses his ability to read financial statements. He then stated that Middle had a surplus on Dec. 31, 2015 that was enough to pay all outstanding liabilities. He then proceeds to note that we should elect Dan Lockwood. There were two Democrats in 2015 responsible for the surplus. Why do we need to elect a Republican when the Democrats are doing just fine?
