Middle Township - Just in the past year or so the property Real Estate in Stone Harbor has risen 800 percent, and to my understanding the Borough has requested the reassessment of those properties. To better understand, I spoke to a realtor from that area, they explained what is taking place. They informed me that they just listed and sold a property that was assessed at 2.1 million dollars. It just sold for 5.2 million, so I ask you.? Who in their right mind would not want that situation. If you ask anyone, it sounds like the us and them syndrome. So, for the rest of us, be thankful for what you have.
