Permanent terrapin barriers need to be installed along much of Ocean Drive, virtually all of Avalon, Sea Isle, Roosevelt, and North Wildwood Blvd., and stretches of Stone Harbor Blvd. It could be sheet metal secured to guard rails or concrete but something needs to be done now before next tourist season.
