Middle Township - I was at the Middle Twp. meeting Jan. 17, and the officials are in complete denial about dogs outside 24/7. They claim there is an extreme weather ordinance, but it is not enforced and that's a shame. So many dogs are suffering, but neighbors are afraid to call to complain.
